A tablespoon of grated ginger
A tablespoon of grated ginger
A tablespoon of grated tumeric
A tablespoon of grated tumeric
Squeeze of a quarter or half of a lemon (concentrated lemon juice or lemon extract highly not recommend)

1-2 sticks of cinnamon (may use one teaspoon cinnamon)

200-500ml water (depending the strength of flavour) (recommended 400ml)

Put all of them in a pan and drop in the two cinnamon sticks and Waite for slight boil. Whisk together as it starts boiling and pour through sieve into liquid holder of some sort and throw away solids in sieve due to loss of flavour. Cinnamon sticks maybe re-useable
