1. LEMON HONEY DETOX: drink a cup of lemon and honey water every morning and every night and shed the belly fat fast! 2. SMOOTHIES: how about dropping the frappe's and the lattes at Starbucks and going for a healthy smoothie. Make your own at home as a healthy breakfast choice. 3. WATER: I know this is probably said everywhere, but drink A LOT of water. It flushes out your system and makes you eat less. Have a cold glass first thing in the morning and drink before each meal. 4. DIETING: consider a HEALTHY diet. No fasting but maybe a vegitarian diet!!!
