This recipe is so simple yet so delicious. -Put the tub of philadelphia cheese into a ovenproof dish -Make some wells in the cheese -Spoon the salsa into the wells (you can also try sweet chilli sauce) -Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and place on top -Place in an oven at 200c for 20mins or until golden brown -Get some tortillas and ENJOY!!!
