beef,broccoli and red bell pepper

This healthy broccoli and beef stri-fry gets vibrant colour and a boast of vitamin c fro the red bell pepper
TOTAL TIME : 20 MINS
PREP TIME : 10MINS
COOKING TIME 10MINS
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS :
1/4 CUP REDUCED SODIUM SOY SAUCE
6TBSP WATER DEVIDED USE
1TBSP OF RAW HONEY
1IB RAW TOP SIRLOIN BEEF TRIMMED SLICED INTO 1/2"THINK PIECES
1TBSP COCOUNT OIL
4CUPS BROCCOLI FLORETS
2MIDIUM BELL PEPPERS 1"CUBES
2 CLOVES OFGARLIC,CHOPPED
1THIN SLICE FRESH GINGER,PEELED FINELY CHOPPED.
PREP:
1.Combine soy sauce,4tbspwater,1tbsp cornstarch and honey in a small bowl and set aside.
2.Combine remaining 1tbsp constarch,2tbsp water in a large bowl mix well then add your beef n toss together.
3.Heat oil in large wok mid-high heat.
4. Add beef,cookstirring frequently, for 2mins or untill cooked how you like your beef. Remove. from wok and keep warm.
5. Add broccoli, bell pepper,garlic and ginger to wok,cook,stirring frequently for 3/5 mins place broccoli mixture in beef bowl.
6. Add soy sauce mixture to wok,cook stirring constantly over mid-high heat for 30 seconds or untill thickened.
7. Reture beef,broccoli mixture to your wok,cook for 1/2 mins or untill well mixed and heated through.
