Chai spiced chia pudding: 1 cup of almond milk. 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. 1 punch of ground clove. 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger. 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. 1 pinch of nutmeg. 2 tablespoons of maple syrup/honey Method: mix the chia seeds and spices together in a bowl. Add almond milk and maple syrup and stir until the chia are 'coated' in the liquid. (They will sink a little) Cover and place in the fridge overnight. =two servings.
Coconut and raspberry chia pudding: Handful of fresh or frozen raspberries. 1/2 cup of coconut milk. 1/2 cup of coconut water. 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. 2 sachets of sweetener. Method: Mix the coconut milk and water together with the sweetener. Once the sweetener has been completely dissolved add the chia and mix until they are all 'coated' in the liquid. (They will all sink a little) Cover and put in fridge overnight. =two servings
Banana and coconut chia pudding: 1 banana. 1 cup of milk (any milk you want) 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. 2 tablespoons of shredded, dried coconut Method: Mash banana and soak in milk for a few hours. Strain (keeping the liquid) and throw out the banana. Add chia seeds to the milk. Mix and add the coconut. Cover and putting the fridge overnight. =two servings.
Cherry chocolate chia pudding: 1 handful of dark chocolate (70-90%) Handful of stalked and deseeded cherries Almond milk 4 tablespoons of chia seeds Method: Mix milk, chia seeds, chocolate and cherries together. Place in fridge overnight =two servings.
Coffee chia pudding. 2 tablespoons of instant coffee 3 tablespoons of chia seeds 1 cup of full cream cows milk. 2 sachets of sweetener Method: Mix coffee, sweetener and milk together until completely dissolved. Add chia seeds and mix until the slightly sink. Place in the fridge overnight. =two servings.
