🌸Simple Body Wrap🌸

This is a very simple body wrap with items you probably already have in your home. You can lose up to an inch and a half with this body wrap.
Step 1: Get your materials ready.
For this, all you need is lotion, plastic wrap, and if you wish, cinnamon.
Step 2: pump about two cups of lotion in a bowl and mix the cinnamon in.
If you don't want to use cinnamon, then just pump a lot into your hand.
Step 3: (optional) Place a hot hand towel on the area that you wish to slim.
Step 4: Apply a very thick amount of lotion on your skin.
Step 5: Wrap several layers of plastic wrap on the lotion.
To help it stay on better, you can wrap an ace bandage on it, but you don't have to.
Step 6: Sit back and relax for about 4 to 6 hours. It's best to do this on a day where you have no work or school.
All done! 😄 You're body should look and feel tighter, slimmer, and very soft.
