150 Calorie Mexican Craving Fix: Healthy, Fast, and Customizable

A quick, healthy meal that captures the essence of Mexican food: cheesy & spicy.
The trick is just to dress up a Green Giant microwaveable Steamer. I used the broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots in cheese sauce one; 150 cals for the whole package, which is super filling.
Cook as directed, (5-8 minutes on high; let stand 1 minute) empty into a bowl. Then, I threw in some jalapeño slices, sprinkled in crushed red peppers & a dash of cayenne pepper & chili powder. Perfect way to get that distinct flavor without being super fattening. You can add salsa or eat with tortilla chips if you want to!
