2 Ingredient, Healthy, Vegan, Gluten Free, Low-Carb, Low-Calorie, Low-Fat, Flourless Pancakes!

Ingredients
-1 banana
-2 eggs(or vegan flax eggs)
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon(optional)
-1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice(optional)
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract(optional)
-cooking spray or oil

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mash or blend it up!

Heat your pan and spoon in some batter and fry up your delicious pancakes! I like to make mini ones so I ended up with 12 pancakes total!


Enjoy with fresh fruit, berries, maple syrup, butter, or anything you want! Hope you all enjoyed
