If you want a butt like Nicki Minaj, Yovanna Ventura ( the one in the picture ) , JLo , Iggy Azalea , Or Kim Kardashian's then you have visited the right place ๐ Let's Get Started

Do Cardio ๐ - on the treadmill or go out for a run (10-30 minutes)

Squats ๐ - 100 , you can do 50 then rest than other 50 ... ( you can add weights for faster results )

Lunges ๐น - 100 each leg , or 50 rest then other 50 ... ( you can also add weights)

Donkey Kicks ๐ฅ - 100 each leg , in addition to these you can do 50 side leg raises each leg ๐

Back Kicks ๐ - 50 each leg

Finally rest for a day ๐ it helps your body
