Start out with 20 jumping jacks

10 squats

15 donkey kicks (each leg)

15 fire hydrants (each leg)

15 pliΓ© squats

25 bridges

45 second wall sit

20 squats

25 donkey kicks (each leg)

15 one leg bridge lifts (each leg)

15 pliΓ© squats

25 fire hydrants (each leg)

25 bridges

40 leg lifts (each leg)

35 squats

30 jumping jacks
Do this once a day for 5-6 six weeks!
