Here is a great arms, abs and butt workout! Get ready for bikini season! πͺβοΈ

First start out with 25 jumping jacks

20 high knees (counting every other leg)

15 squats

10 jumping lunges (counting every other leg)

10 burpies (no pushup)

10 push ups

30 second plank hold

25 donkey kicks on each leg

20 fire hydrants on each leg

25 reverse crunches

20 bicycle crunches (counting every other leg)

20 pliΓ© squats

10 more push ups

20 seconds plank

30 sit ups

20 leg lifts

25 crunches

25 jumping jack

25 second plank
Do this 5-6 times a week and get ready for spring break and summer!!βοΈβ€οΈ
