  • lbs yellow squash, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 12cup  broth, more if needed
  • large  carrots, shredded
  • medium  onion, chopped
  • 1(8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1(10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 12cup chicken flavor stuffing mix
  • 14cup  butter, melted

DIRECTIONS
	.	Cook chicken, cool and remove from bone.
	.	Bring squash to boil in broth and cook 8 minutes.
