Crispy Apple Smoothie – {Lose 2 Pounds Tonight!!!}.

1 scoop Protein Powder
1 cored, seeded, quartered Apple
1 sliced Banana
1 peeled, sliced Carrot
1 cup Water
1 peeled, quartered Orange
2 handfuls of Spinach
Combine all your ingredients in a blender. You should probably put the powder in after you add the water, because sometimes protein powder can become cakey or stuck in the bottom of the blender if you add it first.
Blend or puree the ingredients to your preferred smoothie consistency.
Enjoy this drink with a straw and think about what a great thing you are doing for your body.
