Give this juicy smoothie a twist by going for a tart Granny Smith apple, or make a sweeter version with Red Gold, Golden Delicious, Honeycrisp or Fuji apples. Ingredients: 1 scoop protein powder (whey or soy) 1 cup water 1 apple, cored, seeded and quartered 1 medium orange, peeled and quartered 1 banana, sliced 2 handfuls spinach 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced Directions: Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
