Step 1: exfoliate the area where you want to loose mass, do this in a warm shower with a luffa, pumice stone, or exfoliant scrub. Step 2: dry your body completely Step 3: mix Vaseline and a cooling substance. I used tea tree extract, my room mate uses menthol rub they work equally well. Step 4: apply to desired area, and wrap tightly with Saran Wrap. Step 5: keep yourself warm! Wrap up in a blanket or bath robe and use a hair dryer or heated blanket to crank up the heat until you feel yourself sweat.
