Beginners do this once a day for a few weeks then move up to two times more advanced people can add more sets
first, 10 Attitude pulses
Daily workout!
20 squats
Daily workout!
30 sit ups
Daily workout!
40 crunches
Daily workout!
50 reverse crunches
Daily workout!
60 heel touches
Daily workout!
50 bicycles crunches (25 each leg)
Daily workout!
40 flutter kicks (each leg)
Daily workout!
30 donkey kicks
Daily workout!
20 bridges
Daily workout!
10 push ups (modified or regular)
Daily workout!
