Beginners do this once a day for a few weeks then move up to two times
more advanced people can add more sets
first, 10 Attitude pulses

20 squats

30 sit ups

40 crunches

50 reverse crunches

60 heel touches

50 bicycles crunches (25 each leg)

40 flutter kicks (each leg)

30 donkey kicks

20 bridges

10 push ups (modified or regular)

I like to do this workout everyday when I wake up :)
