I do this workout everyday before bed. It doesn't have to be done before bed, that's just the best time for me. (it makes me more tired so i fall asleep faster)

20 donkey kicks (10 each leg)

This works out your bum, legs, and abs. So you'll get a bigger bum, flatter stomach, and toned legs!
