Water is the healthiest thing you can drink. It quenches thirst, rejuvenates the body, is good for skin and even freshens breath. Sometimes when you think you are hungry, drink a glass of water and you won't be. But we all know how hard it is to keep downing water all day, so here are some tips.

1st of all get yourself a water bottle you like. Something that makes you feel happy or just entices you to drink it. If you just go for plastic chances are you won't drink as much of it.

Use ice cold water. It's much more refreshing and you will enjoy drinking it much more than if it is Luke warm.

Use lemon. Squeezing fresh lemon into water not only makes it taste great but also adds lots of vitamin C.

If you fancy a change, use cucumbers in your water. So refreshing! And you'll feel like your doing your body a lot of good.

You can get a water calculated to figure out how much you should drink per day. It is also helpful to set reminders on your phone to make sure you don't forget.

Last of all, drink as soon as you get up! The last thing you want when you wake up is to drink water, but it is actually one of the first things your body needs. You will be surprised how dehydrated you get when sleeping. Make yourself a fresh lemon water whilst you put the coffee on.
