Use coconut oil once a week every month. Your hair will be longer, smoother, shinier, and healthier.
1. Place coconut oil on your scalp.
2. Rub into scalp.
3. Stand or lay upside down and let the blood rush to your head for 2-3 min.
4. Stand straight up and rub into scalp once more.
5. Place a shower cap apon your head and leave for 2 1/2 hrs.
6. Wash out when in the shower or over the sink.
