Having A Hard Time Losing Weight?

Most of us humans now are becoming over weight/ chubby (including myself). Its hard trying to lose all that weight :( here are some tips to help you finally get that dream body you've always wanted...
• Stop eating the western diet. Its horrible for your body try to read some articles about what is being put in your body when you eat that stuff. Yes, it's very delicious but try an organic foods only challenge you'll feel better in no time
• Try cutting out sodas while buying meals at restraints etc. Buying soda is adding another 200 calories to every meal you buy! Its unhealthy. Try your best.
•Checking the labels on the products you eat is always good :) Most of the time less ingredients is better. If the product doesn't have a label it's probably tricking you!! (Unless its on the box) It must be really unhealthy.
•Juicing and detox waters are great for you! 💕 You should totally buy one if you get a chance too. Remember to look at the l label! Some people dont like the juices plastic bottles so you can go to a juice restaurant or make your own!! Detoxes you should make your own 😘✨
•Be active👌 you could eat whatever you want but you'd have to maintain your calories being active. Try to eat less and be active more.
•Some apps will help you watch your weight! They'll have a certain amount you can eat a day! Although, it is hard you can even set a alarm or reminder to help you remember to check the app constantly. Also there's an app that shows you all the local healthy restaurants i believe its called Healthy out✌️
