Takes 5 minutes in the Blender. No Sugar. Tastes like a milkshake.

Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups of chopped frozen bananas
3/4 cup of  leftover cold coffee
1/4 cup of milk 
1 teaspoon of  Vanilla extract. 
Just Blend and enjoy!
