Strawberry banana smoothie

Ingredients:
1 large Banana
5 Strawberries
1 cup of ice
1-2 scoop of yogurt
1 cup of milk

Combine all in a blender and drink!

Watermelon smoothie 

Ingredients:
2 cups ice
2 cups chopped watermelon
1/4 cup fat free milk
 
Blend the milk and watermelon for 15 seconds, then add ice and blend for 20 seconds

2 cups seedless watermelon chunks
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice

Blend it all together. You can also add mint if you want
