Fruits (in my opinion) are the most healthy and delicious snack!

Veggies are another healthy snack! Just chop them up and store them in your fridge until you're ready to eat them.

Granola bars or protein bars are good for when you're on the go.

Nuts are full of protein and keep you full throughout the day

Smoothies or juices are a great way to quench your thirst and fill your tummy at the same time. Juicing is a new and successful form of diet!

Yogurt or frozen yogurt is a good alternative to ice cream.
