Healthy and Delicious Morning Smoothie

A magic bullet works great for this because it is convenient and easy to clean. Basically put all these ingredients in any blender to make a delicious, super healthy smoothie: Frozen fruit I.e mangos, strawberries Kale or spinach Half a banana (can be frozen) A quarter of an avocado (for creamy texture) A teaspoon of almond butter A tablespoon of flax seeds A tablespoon of pumpkin seeds Half a scoop of chocolate protein powder Almond milk In addition, can add anything good and healthy in the fridge : blueberries, raspberries, apples It honestly tastes like chocolate banana heaven
