Turn off all electronics at least one hour before going to sleep.
Take a warm bath or shower about 1 hour before going to sleep.
Play soothing music. Play classical or spa music to relax
Turn on the air conditioner or a fan. Having your room cooler will help you fall asleep. Hot skin & a cool room are the perfect combination for sleeping.
Make sure your room is dark. Lights trick your body into thinking it's too early to fall asleep.
Wear comfy clothes, try to avoid tight shirts or wearing headbands to bed.
When in your bed, try counting backwards from 100 and if that doesn't work, make the number higher & try counting from 150 or 200.
