Drink water when you first wake up!!! It will burn a bunch of calories, boost your metabolism a WHOLE bunch, and wake up your body, and digestive system.

Drink a glass of water before you eat. It will make you feel fuller so you won't eat as much, and it will speed up digestion so you don't absorb as many calories.

If you drink a glass of water before you work out, your body will at least double the number of calories burned.

If you drink a glass of water the last thing before you go to sleep, you will burn at least 3x the number you would if you didn't drink water.
