Ways To Lose Weight Using Only Water

As soon as you wake up drink a glass of ice cold water. If that's the first thing you do it will boost your metabolism and you will start burning calories right away. The amount of calories you burn depends on how many cups you drink. (Don't drink more than 3-4)

Fill a water bottle (17-18 ish oz) this is the recommended amount if you are really serious about losing weight. If you drink a bottle of water before,during or after a run in the morning then you will burn some serious calories.

If you think you are feeling hungry how do you know you are actually hungry? You might be thirsty. The mind often mistakes thirst for hunger so have a glass of water, if wait 5 minutes if you still feel hungry have a small, healthy snack.

It's proven! Drink water before and after your meals. The glass before will fill you up a bit so you don't over eat and the glass after will help you digest it better.
