Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables instead of chocolate and other fattening foods.Make smoothies daily with fresh fruit and healthy drinks.Eat breakfast because if you skip it then you will eat more when you become hungry so this will cause you to put on more weight.

White bread is really fattening and brown bread is much better for you so switch to brown bread. Always check the label on foods so that you know that its not fattening and not good for you.

Don't eat really quick because if you eat fast then your taking in a lot of air and its causing your stomach to get bigger which means your gonna wanna eat more.
