How To Lose Weight Quick

Things you need to do to lose weight quick :
1. Drink a glass of Ice cold water as soon as you wake up
(The coldness will burn calories because you body will try to warm itself up)
2. Have eggs for breakfast
(The proteins in them give you energy and don't contain that many calories)
3. Eat fruit/ veggies through out the day
(You should eat 5-7 times a day. 3 meals, 2-4 snacks. These snacks should be healthy!)
4. If you're hungry, drink water, wait 5 minutes, if you're still hungry have a small snack.
(This helps so you're not over eating)

5. Drink water before and after meals
(This helps fill you up before you eat so you're not consuming as much, and the water helps digest food quicker)
6. Find a workout you like and do it 6 days a week
7. Take cold showers after your workout
(Same concept as drinking ice cold water, your body will try to warm itself up, burning calories in the process.)
