My body results
Believe it or not the second picture is less then 6 moth differance. The first one is a couple years. I always struggled w my weight and while my husband was on basic training I vowed to get fit. Well I'm almost there with the loss of 65 lbs in 6 months and even more so now.
The first thin that I can't stress enough is water! Get hydrated! Drink at least 90oz a day! If you have another drink like 8 oz of juice drink an addition 8oz of water so Instead of having 90 oz of water ull have 98oz of water. Now if you have a glass of soda say 12 oz drink double that in water so instead of 90oz of water ull have 114oz of water. Reason behind this is so u pee out all the extra sugar and what not that u took in from the drink.
I suggest the soup diet. This is what I did. Two-three meals a day were soup. Now it was not camper soup it was home made soup made in big batches. I would start up the crock pot and make big batches of different soups put them in single serve containers and put them in the freezer. Now when u make the soup only use lean meats such as turkey and chicken and only use whole grain or whole wheat pasta or wild brown rice. You also want more veggies in ur soup then u have noodles and meat. N the noodles u should make and store seprate because if they sit in the soup... It turns to mush
Obviously working out is key as well. But that's hard for most of us. U need to make ur self set into a routine. This is easy. After 28 days of doing something constantly your body is used to doing it and craves it. There are work out apps that actually help u create this routine and they are 1 moth long. I suggest the 30day ap and 30daypushup apps. They star u off slow and easy (with is good for people who never work out or are just beginning to lose a lot of weight) then over time they add more reps and so on and so forth. It really helps out a lot.
When u do the apps and you are working out you need to do it in the am after drink 1 12oz glass of water and before eating your breakfast. If u work out before eating you burn twice the amount of calories.
One more thing, keep a positive attitude. And remember to think I it this way, "you are not fat, you just have fat" don't let that fat that u have define you. You are you what u are on the inside. That fat can melt away but a negative attitude... Not so much. So stay positive and you won't see results over night! Give your self a week take a before picture and every week take a new picture! Pictures always help to look back and to look now and compaire! It's more inspiring to see the change!

alot of people were asking for an alternitive to the soup so here it is!
before every meal drink a big glass of water eat half of your plate then drink another big glass. after an hour if you are still hungrey drink another glass of water
then pull ur plate out and eat not untill you are full but untill you feel satisvided. never eat till ur full. then drink another glass of water. do this with every meal and you will deff loss weight! good luck everyone lots of love!!!
