How To Lose 2kg Per Week, My Weight Lose Journey
How I lost weight : Aimed to eat 1500 calories a day (sometimes under, sometimes over) Keep track of your calories with myfitnesspal app (my lifesaver) I didnt switch to salads and greens at all, i will put my daily meal plan of what i ate up on the next page I was walking to drop my daughter to play school with a double buggy 5 days a week, only 45 mins a day (12 mins up, 12 mins back 2 times a day) but there were hills involved and the double buggy is heavy, it makes me sweat 😓 I did a little exercise 6 days a week (attached as well) 30 day ab challange as well as squats etc
My meal planner: Have 500ml water as soon as i wake up @ 7.30 Breakfast: @ 10 am Bowl of bran flakes OR 2 eggs with chick peas and cous cous OR 2 eggs with brown toast 500 ml water at 12.45 Lunch : @ 2pm Chicken and cheese sandwich & tea OR Crackers with ham and cheese & tea 500 ml water at 4pm Continued
Dinner: @ 5.30 I have whatever i want for dinner (obviously not takeaway) Chicken singapore noodles - 400 calories (i use wholewheat spagetti) Chicken and white bean stew - 300 calories Chicken with mash cauliflower and veg - 300 calories Beef stew - 450 calories Coddle - 450 calories Etc 500 ml water @ 6 Bedtime snack: @ 7.30 Banana and milk blended (quite filling and sweet) :) OR Crackers with tea OR Bowl of cereal This comes in between 1200-1500 calories
I hated water and never drank it !!! But i really had to force myself and you really do fill up on it in between meals plus its good for you and helps you lose weight All of these things i did and i lost around 2 kg a week Its ok to indulge 1 day a week but dont over do it 😂 I went from 75 kg and am now 60 kg, (another 5 to go) i was also breastfeeding which made me extra hungry 😩 With motivation you can get there Best of luck :)

For the ab challange don push yourself over the limit. Only do as much as you can do
