Hypnotize Yourself To Lose Weight

Hypnotize can be easy to do to some people, It's not for everybody. I lost 8 pounds in the first week after hypnotizing myself but it only worked for 2 weeks though.
Update: You are actually kind of supposed to fall asleep but not completely asleep as long as in your head you still hear the voice. This requires very strong concentration.
Update: i didn't lose weight because i started working out, but because I stopped craving for junk foods which really helped because i would sometimes crave for foods at 11 at night. I started eating healthy which I realized was really weird after the hypnosis effect. My metabolism is also much faster now.
