First, you need good workout shoes to prevent health problem!

Drink a lot of water! Replace you sweet drink by a glass of water... Try to drink 8 glass a day!


Smoothie is also very energizing!

Here a recipe of one of my favorite green smoothie!

Healthy snack are important! It gaves you energy! Try to control what you eat!


Try to workout 3 days a week... I put some workout routines at the end of this tip :-)

One last thing: RUN. Run is so good for your body. It helps to lose fat more than every workout! It also help to focus more on works when you finish !
