*Note this is not to be used often. Only for a special event Buy one gallon water jug, dump out just enough to make room for 1/3 cup braggs(preferable) apple cider vinegar and 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice . -DRINK ONLY THIS for 3 days leading up to the event. On day of event drink nothing.
