Pizza Nachos! Great For Football Season!

To make the Pizza Nachos, you will need: butter, olive oil, garlic, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, tortilla chips, onion, pepperoni, black olives, green pepper, and Colby Jack cheese.

Step 1: Make the garlic cream sauce. Melt the butter, along with the olive oil, on medium to low heat.

Step 2: Once melted, add in the minced garlic and stir.

Step 3: Turn the heat up to medium-high. Add in the cream and milk and stir.

Step 4: Keep stirring until it comes to a boil.

Step 5: Add in the salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring. The sauce will thicken pretty quick, so make sure you keep stirring.

Step 6: Once the sauce is thickened, remove from the burner, and set aside.

Step 7: Preheat the oven to 400ยบF and start building your nachos in an oven-proof dish. First, add the tortilla chips.

Step 8: Next, drizzle the garlic cream sauce all over the chips.

Step 9: Top with the onions, pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper.

Step 10: Finish the nachos off by adding the Colby Jack cheese.

Step 11: Place in the preheated oven, and cook until the cheese is nice and bubbly and the veggies are warmed through, roughly 7 minutes or so.

Step 12: Remove from the oven and serve warm.
