Post-Workout Smoothie

Chop up one banana and four strawberries.

Add 1-2 cups of milk.

Add peanut butter, yogurt, or ice to thicken up your smoothie. Keep adding until you have the consistency you prefer. I usually use 2 heaping spoonfuls.

Adding some honey to your smoothie will give it a flavor boost. This step is completely optional, but definitely makes your smoothie taste great.

Add cinnamon & even sugar to help sweeten and give even more flavor to your smoothie.

Don't forget to add ice cubes to get that perfect smoothie consistency.

This makes two servings. So drink half now and save the other half for after your next workout. Also, make sure to drink this smoothie no later than 1-2 hrs. after you workout to restore essential vitamins and energy.
