Strawberry and Banana smoothies are easy to make and the ideal breakfast drink full of fibre, vitamin C and potassium! 🍓🍌 Top facts: • Bananas are high I potassium and can work wonders on those dreaded hangovers, they also help reduce dehydration - an important factor in mainlining skin and kidney health! • A strawberry contains one of the highest levels of vitamin C and contain a high level of antioxidants perfect for a weekly detox! • Mixing in a tablespoon of yogurt will ensure your healthy yeast and bacteria are all in balance - keeping those nasty illnesses at bay!
Recipe: • 5 medium strawberries 🍓 • 1 large banana 🍌 • 3 cups of milk 🍼 • A loaded tablespoon of yoghurt 🍧 • 3/4 ice cubes (optional!) ❄️ Optional toppings; • If you're having a cheat day or all for the ketogenic diet top with whipped cream! 🍦🍥 • Crushed nuts provide a great source of heart-healthy fats, protein, vitamins and minerals!
