Quick And Easy Healthy Snack

Strawberries are both good for you and yummy!
Put these into a blender (smoothie machine will do)
4 tablespoons of frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
A small bit of lemon juice (or something lemon flavoured will do)
Put in as much plain yogurt as you want.

Pour into a bowl when blended. It should look like a smoothie

Cover in clean film and freeze for 1 hour 30 minutes.

The top should be hard, but cracks when you touch it

When you get past the top layer your left with a delicious strawberry frozen yogurt
