Quick Garlic Shrimp 😊

The ratio is 1 lb. of butter to 2 lbs of shrimp. But I'm sure you could get away with using half a stick of butter. Less fat and less waste.
If using frozen shrimp, thaw first.

Place lemon wedges or slices on a baking sheet. Add a couple cloves of fresh garlic(optional) Place shrimp over the lemon. Pour melted butter over baking sheet. If you don't have fresh garlic on hand, sprinkle garlic powder last and drizzle a little more butter on top! It's just as good! Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy! ☺️
