THIS SIMPLE DIET WILL MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT AND INCHES! THE KEY IS TO EAT SENSIBLY EVERY 3 HRS. Check out the daily routine for 1 week.
When u wake up eat 3 boiled eggs WITH OUT the yolk. Around 10-10:30am drink a slim fast. At lunch eat 1 grilled chicken breast and a baked potato with hot sauce on both. Around 3 drink another slim fast. At dinner time eat fish or chicken and a veggie. This is similar to The Larry North Program.
