Best for breakfast smoothies, or snack smoothies. Full of protein. Gives you energy. And refreshes you for the rest of the day. Loses weight.

Ingredients: 2 or 1 1/2 bananas - preferably Organic 2 tbsp Raw cacao powder 1 cup of water 1 tbsp Chia Seeds Dates or date syrup Extras for more taste: Maca or Hemp powder Nuts and/or seeds you have at home Oats
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix!
