5 A Day Smoothie

An easy way to get your 5 a day in one go!
This is perfect if you are like me and are always busy and don't have the time to constantly munch away on fruit. This smoothie can be altered according to your taste but I'm going to show you my two favouries.
This is perfect if you are like me and are always busy and don't have the time to constantly munch away on fruit. This smoothie can be altered according to your taste but I'm going to show you my two favouries.
This is perfect to take on the go and is really refreshing.
1 chopped mango ( the more ripe the better )
1 handful of rasberries
1 handful of blueberries
2 handfuls of chopped strawberries
1/2 or 1 cup of tropical juice
Blend it all together to make your 5 a day smoothie !
You can also add some vodka or hooch to make a yummy alcoholic smoothie :)
Smoothie 2
This is a great cool sweeter creamier smoothie
1 banana
1 handful of rasberries
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of strawberries
1/2 cup of milk
1 scoop of vanilla I've cream
Blend all together and serve 😋
This one is best served straight away as the banana tends to discolour the drink after time but it is still really nice and the measurements can be as rough as you like . :D
