A quick, easy and delicious energy boosting smoothie recipe made with fresh fruit, kale, greek yogurt and soy milk! Weight Watchers Friendly!
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup soy milk
1 package Yoplait blueberry greek yogurt
1 cup of kale
4-5 strawberries
1 cup of blueberries
2-3 drops vanilla extract
2-3 ice cubes
Instructions
Toss into a blender.
Blend well.
Pour & drink.
