Breakfast/ Post Workout Smoothie

1 small banana
1 c almond milk
1/4 c old fashioned oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1egg white (don't worry, you won't taste it)
Sprinkle some ground cinnamon 
4-5 ice cubes

Blend up & enjoy the deliciousness!

P.s. This is about 250 cal and will definitely fill you up!!
