Couch Potato Workouts To Get You Started

During commercials stand up and sit back down. Repeat for duration of commercial.

Next commercial do squats for duration. Remember to drink water during your show.

Leg extensions for the next set of commercials. Lift and lower leg if on a soft chair/couch move to the edge and suck In Your belly. Try not to let your heal touch until you are done. If it does. Make your aim for tomorrow to keep it up longer :)
If you are watching a movie try walking or jogging on the spot every other commercial break or in between if it's a short show. Have fun and stay healthy. If you want more little tricks let me know.
