Creamy Ranch Mashed Potatoes Recipe!

Skip the potato peeler. Jazz up 15-minute potatoes with Ranch dressing, rich sour cream and crumbled bacon.

Recipe Makes 10 servings
2 cups (500 mL) milk
¾ cup (175 mL) water
2 tbsp (25 mL) butter or margarine
1 pkg (1 oz/28 g) ranch salad dressing mix
1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
1 pkg (180 g) Betty Crocker* Homestyle Mashed Potatoes
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp (25 mL) thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
1.
In 3-quart (3 L) saucepan, heat milk, water and butter to boiling. Stir in ranch dressing mix and sour cream; beat until smooth. Stir in 3 slices of the bacon and both pouches of potatoes just until moistened; let stand 1 minute. Stir with fork until smooth.
2.Spoon potatoes into serving dish. Top with remaining crumbled bacon and the green onions.
