First thing in the morning drink 4 cups of water.
Drinking large amounts of water is great for your over all health. It makes your skin, hair and nails healthier along with you physical health.
After 45 minuets you can eat your normal breakfast.
Do not eat or drink for another 2 hours after that.
Older people who are not use to drinking this much water can start with only a few glasses.
