Fast Way To Lose Body Fat!!

Materials Needed:
-Clear Plastic Wrap
-Lotion
-Elastic Bandage

First, use any type of lotion and apply to the desired area. Do not rub in completely. I decided to use the Victoria's Secret fresh vanilla, and applied it all over my abdominal area, but any kind will do.

Next, take the plastic wrap and wrap the area as many times as needed. Make sure the wrap is tight, but not too tight. I wrapped mine about 8 times around my stomach, as that's where I needed to lose the fat. You may also try this on your inner thighs.
After, secure with an elastic bandage to make sure the wrap stays in place while you sleep.
Once you've finished, sleep in the wrap overnight. This is not the most comfortable thing in the world so I suggest doing it right before you go to sleep at night.

These are my personal results after using the wrap every day for a week. Make sure to maintain a healthy diet and reasonable work out schedule if you want to maintain the results!
