First things first ! At least one glass of ice water!! Get those organs moving and working!

Mornings when I am on the go I grab an apple cut it up and spread peanut butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top ! Delicious!

Green smoothie my all time favorite breakfast !!!! Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt about a cup, handful of spinach, one banana, and one other fruit like strawberries, blueberries, peaches, or kiwi! All are fantastic choices. After I blend all together I add a tsp of flax seed! It keeps me full!

Another option that I have is one egg and a piece of low carb and calorie toast! I also add an apple or banana to keep me full!

A cup of Special K cereal my favorite is the strawberry and yogurt ! Yumm...also might add a fruit to satisfy my hunger depends how hungry I am :)!

Lastly I will have a cup of coffee on the go :)
