Inner And Outer Thigh Workouts !!!!

Thighs- most women feel theirs need work. Ever wondered what exercises target the outer and inner thigh?! Here they are!

Basically in general- the rule is squats etc with a WIDE STANCE target the inner thigh and groin area. Whereas feet together deadlifts etc target the outer thigh

This is a hack squat- great for outer thighs. Make sure you keep your chest up during this exercise
